1. Time to decide

Once you receive your jewelry, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep it. If you want to return it for any reason, you can do so without stress and without giving a reason.

2. How to report a return?

To start the process, just send a short message using one of the following methods:

name and surname,
email address,
name of the returned product.

I will get back to you as soon as possible and guide you through the next steps.

3. Preparing the shipment

Please ensure the jewelry is packed:

safely , preferably in the original box,
with attached proof of purchase or a note with your name and surname,
in unworn condition, without signs of use.

This will ensure your return is processed smoothly and without any complications.

The return should be sent via one of the following courier companies: DHL, InPost or DPD .
do not send cash on delivery parcels ,

5. Refund

After receiving the parcel and verifying its condition, I will refund the funds using the same payment method.

It usually takes 1-5 business days from the time your package is delivered.

I guarantee that the whole process will go quickly and smoothly.

Non-returnable products

I cannot accept returns on personalized or custom- made jewelry—these designs are individually created and unique.
