Jewelry repair and service

I offer professional re-gilding services for jewelry. Each quote is determined individually — it depends on the model, the amount of silver used, and the scope of work.

After receiving an email with photos of the jewelry, I will:

• assess the possibility and scope of restoration,
• propose a specific repair cost,
• the decision to proceed is always yours.

Once the quote is accepted, I will send detailed shipping information. The service turnaround time is approximately 8–12 business days, counting from the moment I receive the jewelry.

If the necklace is broken, deformed, or requires cord replacement, it can also be repaired.
The exact repair cost is always determined before shipping the jewelry, after prior contact and assessment of the request.

The process is analogous:
email contact → valuation → decision → shipping → repair → return of the finished jewelry.
