1. time to decide

From the moment you receive the jewelry you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract and return the product.

2. return notification

  • You should email us at: ulasienickastudio@gmail.com, or you can fill out the return form below.

Please include your email, name and product name in your submission .

3. package preparation

  • Pack the jewelry securely, preferably in the original box.

  • Include proof of purchase (invoice), or even a card with your name on it.

  • The product must not bear any signs of use.

📌 Please send the package back yourself, at your own expense by courier. Please do not send by courier or registered mail of the Polish Post Office

📌 Please do not send COD shipments.

5. refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the shipment, we will process the refund using the same payment method. It usually takes 1-3 days after delivery of the package.

We cannot accept returns on jewelry Personalized or custom-made. Such products are made individually and are unique.
