Take off your jewelry for household chores and before training, so as not to expose it to mechanical or chemical damage ( sweat, detergents).
Remember that jewelry is sensitive to perfume splashes, it is not served by salt and chlorinated water.After removing it, it is best to store it in a closed box away from moisture ( certainly not in the bathroom).
